YouTube - SEO takes the highest priority for the brand as the sofa is a product that is traditionally purchased after extensive research and consideration. A YouTube video would boost the brand’s presence both in Google search and on YouTube itself, as the second-largest search engine.
Email - Retargeting customers who abandoned cart, which was well over 17,000. Valyōu has demonstrated high open rates and engagement in their previous email marketing campaigns, which solidified the decision.
Facebook/ Instagram - All of Valyōu’s competitors are strong and active on Instagram, so it only made sense to be active on this channel. This is also a strong channel for home goods, decor, and lifestyle brands to be discovered.
